Hello, beautiful soul—I’m so glad you found your way here.
I’m Dr. Sarah Jo Grigg (Dr. Sarah J)—mother of three extraordinary humans, founder of Triple Moon Wellness Center, and creator of Wild & Wholly™ and Wild & Wholly™ Kids. I’m equal parts scholar and rebel, healer and challenger, soft-hearted and steel-spined. Around here, we don’t just “do” healing—we dismantle what’s kept you small, reclaim what’s yours, and rebuild on a foundation that feels wildly true.
My mission is simple but profound: to guide every member of the family—children, parents, and the inner child within us all—back into wholeness.
Before I became “Dr. Sarah J,” I spent years living and breathing child-centered education and family life. I’ve been a stay-at-home mom, a homeschool teacher, a licensed in-home daycare director, and a certified child development specialist. I’ve coached and taught dance, gymnastics, and creative expression for over two decades—working with both my own children and countless others who grew up learning, playing, and growing in my home.
I hold certifications not only in child development and family-centered education, but also in social and emotional health and development. These foundations taught me that children don’t just need academics—they need safe, nurturing spaces to belong, to explore, and to embrace every part of themselves.
Those years showed me that the work of wholeness doesn’t start with adults—it starts at the dinner table, in the classroom, in everyday conversations, and in the heart of every home.”
Alongside my lived experience, I’ve trained extensively in healing and integrative modalities. I earned my Ph.D. in Metaphysical Counseling/Theology and studied deeply in:
For me, these studies weren’t just academic—they were a lifeline, and later, a way to hold space for others with both depth and precision.
I know what it feels like to grow up in chaos—to wrestle with anxiety, to feel “different,” to navigate family instability, divorce, and rejection. I also know what it takes to rise, to break cycles, and to create new stories for ourselves and our children.
That’s why I created Wild & Wholly™: a method that blends shadow work, inner-child healing, and whole-self integration. It is both professional and deeply personal—the distillation of my lived experience, academic training, and relentless belief that we are worthy exactly as we are—untamed, unapologetic, and unconditionally whole.
From that same belief, Wild & Wholly™ Kids was born. My children have always been my greatest teachers. I wanted them—and every child—to know what it feels like to be fully seen, fully celebrated, and never told that their differences were flaws.
Through books, online classes, and family-centered courses, Wild & Wholly™ Kids invites parents and children to grow together—to heal alongside one another, to nurture belonging, and to plant the seeds of wholeness that will ripple into generations.
Today, I guide families and individuals through their own Wild & Wholly™ journeys—with private coaching, parent/child courses and workshops, circles, retreats, and community offerings. Whether I’m working with a child learning self-acceptance, a parent navigating burnout, or an adult reclaiming their inner child, the mission is the same: healing the whole, not just the part.
Because here’s the truth: when one of us heals, the whole family rises. And when families rise, communities transform.
Welcome to the firelight.
Welcome to the softness.
Welcome home.
With fierce love and unwavering belief,
Dr. Sarah J
